1. Introduction

Welcome to ABAB Cam (“ABAB Cam”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). ABAB Cam is a website and application that helps users discover and view publicly available webcams, livestreams, and other third-party video content from around the world.

By accessing or using ABAB Cam, including our websites, mobile apps, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms are intended to comply with applicable laws in the United States and with the requirements of major app stores (including the Apple App Store and Google Play). However, nothing in these Terms should be considered legal advice.

Important:

• We do not own or operate most of the cameras or streams.
• We do not control the availability, quality, or content of third-party streams.
• Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in those streams remain with their original owners.

ABAB Cam is a discovery and aggregation tool only. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon for safety, security, emergency, or navigation purposes.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if:

• You are at least 13 years old; and
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved:

• First, through good-faith negotiations between you and us; and
• If not resolved, then in the state or federal courts located in California, USA.

You and we agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
